SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description:

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) on your mobile number from Echelon Distribution. These messages may include alerts for security, status or anything else related to the services we provide to you, replies to service requests, quotes, estimates, or service inquiries, real-time communication regarding services and/or pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations, feedback requests, project updates, and follow-ups.

2. Message Frequency:

Quantity will vary and is based on how often you communicate with us, when and if we have any critical alerts we need to send, etc.

3. Opt-Out Instructions:

You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by texting “STOP” to the provided phone number. Once you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe request, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again or text “START” to resume receiving messages.

4. Help:

If you need assistance, reply with the keyword “HELP,” or contact us directly.

5. Message Delivery Interruption:

Please note that neither we nor carriers are responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Costs:

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from us. For questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
